Please feel free to return any item purchased o DBS Home or received as a gift. We do ask that you return items with in 14 days of receipt. We understand that there may be exceptions for gifts.

Items noted as “Made Upon Order” may not be returned. Work being shipped outside of the United States or Canada is not returnable.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Call Customer Care at 212-255-7019 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to acquire return instructions.
A FedEx return Service label, or, for an additional charge we can arrange for a FedEx pick up. Shipping costs on returns are entirely your responsibility. We can e-mail you a return label or send it
via regular mail. Item must be repacked in its original packaging materials, unless the package’s condition warrants it unsafe to reuse. You are responsible for artwork damaged in return transit.
You may want to insure the package.
If you are returning a defective product DBS Home will pay for the return shipping costs. We only ask that in these cases, that you contact DBS Home immediately upon receipt/discovery of defect.
Refunds will be made in the same form as payment within 7-14 business days. Our receipt of the returned merchandise provided it is returned safely and in its original condition minus the shipping
costs except if goods are received by purchaser damaged. DBS cannot accept merchandise that have been damaged, or modified and we will notify you of the status of your return via e-mail or

If your package looks damaged prior to opening, or once opened, you find damaged merchandise, call us immediately at 212-255-7019 so we can arrange to have it picked
up and inspected. Please retain all of the original packaging materials.
